This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.nxt21.in, operated by Terminal Textiles LLP.

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair usage of our return system.

1. 7-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Customers must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unwashed
• The item must be in its original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The return request is raised after 7 days
• The product has been used or washed
• The product is damaged due to customer handling
• The item is marked as Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at Support@nxt21.in
2. Mention:
   • Order ID
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos of the product (mandatory in case of damage/defect)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 working hours with further instructions.

4. Reverse Pickup

• If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange it.
• If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.

For defective or wrong items:

• Return shipping cost will be reimbursed (against valid courier receipt).

For other returns:

• Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Approval

Refunds will be processed only after:

• Product is received back
• Quality check is completed

If the product fails quality inspection, refund may be rejected.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI (customer must provide bank details)

6. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear product images
• Packaging images
• Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of claim.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested product/size is unavailable, refund will be processed.
