1. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During peak seasons or sales, processing time may be slightly extended.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

1.3 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

1.4 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via:
  • Email
  • SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable)

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

1.5 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, re-shipping charges may apply.

2. 7-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be:
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With tags intact

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or washed products
• Items damaged by the customer
• Products returned without original packaging
• Clearance/sale items (if specified as non-returnable)

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at Support@nxt21.in
2. Provide:
   • Order ID
   • Reason for return
   • Clear images of the product (if damaged/defective)

Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours.

2.3 Reverse Pickup

• If reverse pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange it.
• If not serviceable, the customer may be requested to self-ship the product.
• In case of defective or incorrect product received, return shipping cost will be reimbursed (against valid receipt).

2.4 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated after quality inspection of the returned product.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For COD orders:

• Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (customer must provide bank details).

2.5 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and unboxing video (if possible). Replacement or refund will be provided after verification.
